Our personal favorite header/exhaust system for the 03-04 Cobra. Manufactured from 3" 18 Gauge 304L Stainless steel, the headers feature 3/8” thick, CNC laser cut flanges, and CNC mandrel bent 1 5/8” primary tubes. The headers are completely tig welded together, have the AIR and Oxygen sensor bungs installed, and are available in either a mill or polished finish. The headers have shown gains of 25 rear wheel horsepower and up to 80 foot pounds of rear wheel torque on lightly modified engines. Full 3" from header collector, including x-pipe, to the 4" polished rolled round tips!!! Also available for the Cobra is the option of polishing the rear pipe section you can see from the rear of the car - from the IRS bend to the tips. Systems optioned with cats ALSO get offroad pipes for the racing enthusiast!
