These are one of our favorite headers for 97-2004 C5/Z06 Corvettes. Manufactured from 304 Stainless steel, the headers feature 3/8” thick, CNC laser cut flanges, and CNC mandrel bent 1 3/4” primary tubes. The headers are completely tig welded together, have the AIR tubes and Oxygen sensors installed, and are available in either a mill or polished finish. The headers have shown typical gains averaging 15-20 rear wheel horsepower on lightly modified engines. The possibility of more horsepower can be obtained with custom tuning.
