This new blueprinted and ported high performance oil pump is the perfect addition to your LS1 engine. The pumps are fully disassembled and inspected for added insurance. The entry and exit locations are hand ported to remove all casting flash for proper oil flow. The gerotor style gears are precision matched and all contact surfaces are inspected, prepped, and lubricated with special oil to insure maximum oiling performance. |

For the LS1/LS6 engine only. Our adapter kit bolts to the engine block near your oil filter and has provisions for the factory oil temperature sending unit. The adaptor also has a 1/8"NPT-27 port for forced induction oil feed applications. We have supplied -10 AN fittings for maximum flow capabilities and is sold complete with all necessary hardware for installation and factory GM gasket for a sure seal. CNC cut from a solid block of billet aluminum for weight savings, strength, and good looks. This is one component every LS1 racer shouldn't be without. Combined with our 100% heavy duty aluminum radiator this setup would be excellant for the competitve racing enthusiast!

Introducing the new patented (6,928,974) LS1/LS6/LS2 engine main girdle. All cad/cam designed. The LS1/LS6/LS2 engine main girdle increases block rigidity and tortional stiffness by 2x by boxing in all the main caps. The LS1/LS6/LS2 main engine girdle can help slow oil consumption by not letting the block twist under load and keeping the bores square , thus not letting oil slip past the rings. The LS1/LS6 engine main girdle adds horse power, by decreasing windage and helps decrease friction from the piston area and the main caps by decreasing the bending moments and shear stresses experienced by a high performance engine. The LS1/LS6 engine main girdle will stabilize the bottom end of the cylinder block and that will decrease harmonics and vibration, which will let you run upwards towards 1000 horses (has been up to 1500 horses already!!!) without shaking the engine apart. Now you do not have to run a expensive c5r race block or go to a heavy iron block. Some of the features of LS1/LS6 engine main girdle include: Provisions for oil drain back, fits stock oil pan and windage tray. Made out of aircraft quailty 304 stainless steel, 140,000 psi yield strength and 185,000 psi ultimate strength, Notches for rod clearance, will fit up to a 4.000 inch stroker crankshaft with out modification. Xtreme HD Fuel pump for the 97-03 C5/Z06 Corvette. Supports up to 650 hp. Racetronix has upgraded the factory Teflon wiring from 16 gauge to 14 gauge silver-plated multi-strand copper wire. This helps reduce voltage drop and at the same time maintains the same level of resistance to fuel solvents as the factory wiring. Generic Walbro kits do not use Teflon wire but rather a much less expensive plastic type. The Racetronix in-tank wiring harness is a one-piece assembly. One end has the Walbro connector and the other is fitted with GM type terminals which are installed directly into the factory connector making it true plug & play. Generic wiring harnesses require cutting and splicing of the factory wiring. Note that this fuel pump will only work in the C5/Z06 Corvette manufactured prior to 11/27/02. !!NEW!!The wiring harness is also available by itself for '03-1/2-04 cars as a plug and play unit for hooking up a boost-a-pump. No pump is currently available for these models. The wiring harness will help take the load off of the stock wiring, which can be damaged due to the extra voltage.
