Featuring LITE™ (Low Inertia / Thermally Efficient) Technology, EradiSpeed™ rotors feature lightweight aluminum hats, or Baer's exclusive (patent pending) hat/hub combinations, and employ severe duty, curved, directional vane (vented), slotted, crossdrilled and zinc washed rotors, for brilliant, race quality, function, and appearance. By eliminating the weight at the center of the stock iron rotor, Baer is able to cast the new rotor with more mass in the "fire path", where the pads contact the rotor, allowing substantially more heat to be absorbed into the rotor. Balancing and heat-treating, coupled with the increased pumping efficiency of directional vanes (vents), ensure that EradiSpeed™ rotors deliver substantial performance benefits. Something that OE or cosmetically altered OE rotors simply can't do. These rotors are larger than OE... and require larger diameter aftemarket wheels. |
